She said this in response to a question about the written requests by Dr Wee sent to her and Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador over the allegedly leaked Penang undersea tunnel project investigation papers. In a Facebook post Sunday , Dr Wee asked the meaning of"active" investigations, and does it mean"investigations on the case and relevant charges that haven't been completed".
"For the record the Chief Minister made the statement two months before Latheefa was appointed to her present post.
