Police released video footage Thursday hoping to identify the driver who abandoned Jordan Allen's van after Allen, 23, was fatally shot near Hall Manor in October.
Harrisburg police said Jordan Allen's van, pictured above, was dropped off in the area of South 15th and Catherine streets in October, after Allen was shot and killed in Hall Manor. Officers were called to the rear of the 52 row of Hall Manor around 8:30 a.m. Oct. 20, where they found Allen’s body in the wooded area between the Hall Manor complex and the Park Apartments complex.
