You can choose a Surface Pro 9 with a more powerful 12th Gen Intel Core processor, or an ARM processor that offers improved battery life and better video calls.
It’s been ten years since the original Microsoft Surface debuted and showed the world that a Windows tablet was possible. It’s since been supplanted by the Surface Pro lineup, and the Redmond giant has just revealed the latest flagship tablet of theirs, the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 series.
Meanwhile, the regular Surface Pro 9 will come with your choice between the 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U or the Intel Core i7-1255U. They will come with up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to a 1TB SSD, while the Surface Pro 9 with 5G will come with up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to a 512GB SSD. Just to be clear though, despite the differences under the hood, both the Intel and the SQ 3 versions of the Surface Pro 9 will be using the exact same chassis built of aluminum and measuring 9.
