Status tabika Kemas tumpang bangunan antara isu kajian naik taraf

PUTRAJAYA: Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat sedang menjalankan kajian menyeluruh berhubung keperluan naik taraf dan baik pulih tabika bawah jabatan itu di seluruh negara.

“Ini termasuk isu pemilikan tanah, status bangunan yang digunakan secara menumpang terutamanya bangunan awam seperti balai raya selain kaedah perolehan bangunan komersial yang sesuai untuk dijadikan premis tabika. “Selain itu, bagi kawasan pedalaman, penyediaan tenaga elektrik dan sumber air juga perlu diberi perhatian,” katanya dalam kenyataan di sini mari ini.

Selain itu, katanya, keputusan kerajaan mengenai penggunaan panel solar, tangki tadahan hujan atau air bawah tanah juga wajar dikaji dengan teliti bagi memastikan keperluan asas itu dapat dipenuhi secara berkesan.
