“This morning, I was contacted to meet Liew at her office at 1pm. She informed me that the sacking was true,” he said when contacted. He added the proposal received the support of a majority of the Cabinet members and that Liew informed him the state secretary would issue a notice of his removal soon.“I wish to thank the Sabah government for entrusting me to do the job for the last one year and six months, shouldering the responsibilities of a political secretary to the deputy chief minister.
