Lt. Col. Jerry Castillo, Quezon City Police District Novaliches Station chief, identified the suspects as Josenph Adrian Cebandal, 22, and Mark Joseph Canas, 23, both from Tondo, Manila.
Orbon instructed the suspects to meet her car rental service partner, Rynsei Alontaga, on M Alcaraz Street in Brgy. Veragara, Mandaluyong City. They sought help from the police after they were able to locate the vehicle in Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City. The two also discovered that the car's plate number was also replaced.
