The Touch n Go eWallet will be unavailable in the early hours of Saturday, 15 October. If you don't want to get stuck at toll booths and parking lots, here's what you need to know if you use RFID and PayDirect.
Saturday, 15th October 2022, all services within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app which includes reloads, payment functions and merchant dashboard will be unavailable. Touch ‘n Go says that maintenance is necessary to provide a better cashless experience.to ensure sufficient eWallet balance to avoid disruption at tolls and parking during the maintenance period.
We’ve also received confirmation from Touch ‘n Go that TNG RFID can still be used during the maintenance window. Similar to PayDirect, TNG RFID users must also ensure sufficient eWallet balance ahead of the scheduled maintenance. Touch ‘n Go also says auto-reload will not be available during the maintenance period so it is still recommended to ensure sufficient balance in your eWallet to avoid any issues during the maintenance period.
