PSA, TnG users TouchnGoeWallet TechNave
Just a short public service announcement - Touch 'n Go eWallet just announced that there will be upcoming maintenance soon. It will be scheduled for 15 October 2022 but not during rush hours.
In the announcement, the Touch 'n Go eWallet system maintenance on the said date will happen from 2 AM until 6 AM. With this, every service in the app cannot be performed until the maintenance is over . The services include reload, payment functions and a merchant dashboard for the merchants. To avoid disruption at tolls on the highway and parking that requires Touch 'n Go eWallet, make sure you have already enabled PayDirect with enough eWallet balance before the maintenance. Share this with your friends and family too because we won't want any of them stuck at the tolls and parking.
