Touch ‘n Go telah mengumumkan aplikasi eWallet bakal dinaiktaraf pada 15 Oktober ini, dan ia dijadualkan berlangsung dari jam 2 pagi hingga 6 pagi pada tarikh berkenaan. Menerusi e-mel yang dihantar kepada para penggunanya, syarikat berkenaan turut memaklumkan bahawa semua pengguna tidak boleh mengakses aplikasi berkenaan sepanjang tempoh kerja-kerja naiktaraf berlangsung.
