SEREMBAN: The proposed guidelines for Muslims attending non-Islamic places of worship aim to ensure Muslims exercise caution in their actions and behavior at such gatherings. Negeri Sembilan Mufti, Prof. Madya Datuk Dr. Faudzinaim Badaruddin stated that these guidelines serve as both guidance and education for Muslims .
\'If implemented, Muslims can be more cautious in their actions and behavior when participating in non-Islamic events to avoid crossing boundaries set by their religion,' he said in an interview with Utusan Malaysia. 'These guidelines are not a barrier to Muslims attending such events. They are simply a notification to Muslims.' \Faudzinaim added that these guidelines can help Muslims feel comfortable interacting in mixed gatherings while simultaneously adhering to Islamic teachings. 'These guidelines are not intended to separate or isolate Muslims from non-Muslims. It must be emphasized that they do not interfere with the beliefs and practices of other religions,' he stated.
