Derma Darah Kelantan, a blood donation organization, shared his story on social media, highlighting his dedication and the impact of his selfless act. Zulkarnain is a permanent apheresis donor and continues to donate blood regularly at the National Blood Centre of Malaysia.

The incredible feat of an elderly man left Malaysians in awe recently after it was revealed that he had donated blood more than 400 times since 1988!

The post also showed Zulkarnain’s blood donation record book, which holds records as early as 1988, the first year the pakcik started donating blood.
