With the federal government announcing reductions in subsidies for fossil fuels, we have an opportunity for leadership in this province. It isn’t a time for another round of “come and get me” political fighting. What is new is the weaponization of those phrases, allowing random weather events to become unprecedented, record shattering harbingers of doom.
