As an African American, I am particularly excited about the inclusion of symphonic works by African Americans and people of color in the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra's repertoire.
As a subscriber to the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra, I would like to highlight one of central PA’s most treasured artistic institutions.
I must admit I am amused whenever I tell someone about my love for our symphony -- I get comments of “high brow” and “hoity-toity” -- but I am quick to let them know that our orchestra provides programming for EVERYONE!
