KDW menggariskan empat fokus utama iaitu pembangunan modal insan, keusahawanan, ekonomi dan reformasi birokrasi sebagai tunjang hala tujunya tahun ini

Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah menggariskan empat fokus utama iaitu pembangunan modal insan, keusahawanan, ekonomi dan reformasi birokrasi sebagai tunjang hala tujunya tahun ini, kata menterinya Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

“Insya-Allah, lebih banyak idea dan game changer baharu akan lahir daripada sesi pemukiman kali ini, sekali gus memacu potensi pedesaan dengan lebih berkesan,“ katanya dalam hantaran menerusi laman Facebook hari ini. Selain itu, katanya kadar bantuan bagi projek bina baharu rumah di Semenanjung Malaysia dinaikkan daripada RM66,000 kepada RM79,000, iaitu peningkatan sekitar 20 peratus, manakala di Sabah, Sarawak dan Labuan naik kira-kira lapan peratus daripada RM79,000 kepada RM85,000.
