KUALA LUMPUR: The Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone will easily rival the Klang Valley in terms of economic contributions for the nation within the next decade, says Rafizi Ramli .
“Of all areas in Malaysia, common sense tells you that if we can leverage on the complementary elements of Johor and Singapore, Johor should be able to be that new engine of growth in the next decade,” he said. “We need to see how we operate a single economic unit that is subject to regulations, laws and national policies of two countries.
