A Malaysian homeowner is sharing a warning about a potential tenant with hoarding disorder, who reportedly caused over RM33,000 in damages to her mother's property. The tenant, a 62-year-old woman and her 60-year-old husband, was identified as a TikTok influencer. The homeowner, whose post went viral on X (formerly Twitter), urged others to be cautious when choosing tenants and highlighted the significant financial losses she incurred. She detailed damages exceeding RM33,000, including unpaid rent, TNB bill, and repairs to water pipes and meters.

A house was damaged after it was rented to a woman suspected of having hoarding disorder , who is also reportedly a TikTok influencer. According to a sharing by @ainapinkk on X, she warned homeowners not to rent to a 62-year-old woman and her 60-year-old husband because of the damage to her mother's house. She added that she initially decided to stay silent out of respect for her mother's decision, but to raise awareness among the public, she made the decision to expose the situation.
