JOHOR BARU: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has refuted Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s claims that Perikatan Nasional is the richest political coalition.

The Perikatan chairman and Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia president said that Perikatan is only a new coalition that does not have much resources.

Muhyiddin also slammed Anwar’s allegation regarding Barisan Nasional and Perikatan having a meeting to form a new government after the 15th General Election . Asked to comment on Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid's statement that the PAS and Bersatu’s relationship is only a “contract marriage”, Muhyiddin said that even Umno was in the same relationship with other political parties before it was defeated in 2018.
