KUCHING: Early voting for police personnel proceeded smoothly on Tuesday (Nov 15), with 830 individuals casting their ballots at the Sarawak police headquarters here.

State police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Azman Ahmad Sapri said they were among 8,050 personnel eligible for early voting in Sarawak, making up 82% of the force there.

"They will cast their ballots at 55 early voting centres statewide," he told reporters after inspecting the early voting process at the officers' mess.
