KOTA KINABALU: Phase one upgrading works on the old building of United Sabah Islamic Association have surpassed 90 per cent completion and are expected to be fully completed this year. Its president, Datuk Sapawi Ahmad , said the RM3 million project involved structural repairs to infrastructure damaged in a 2012 fire, including the construction of a penthouse.
