Diablo, the iconic action RPG from Blizzard, is coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC on January 14th, 2025. Other additions include UFC 5 for Xbox Series consoles and cloud users, and the narrative game Road 96 available on all tiers today. The Game Pass Standard tier will also see several new titles added next week.
Another Activision-owned title arrives on Game Pass soon. This time it’s Blizzard’s classic and iconic Diablo. The action RPG is coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC next week alongside a few other games making the leap to the standard tier. Released in 1997, the original Diablo was a massive success and helped popularize the loot-driven action RPG genre that is still going strong in 2024. Games like Path of Exile and Torchlight owe a lot to the original Diablo and its demon-filled dungeons.
The classic ARPG will only be available to install and play on PC, but considering how old Diablo is in 2024, I’m fairly sure your PC can play it. Yes, even that crappy one in your basement you haven’t touched in like three years. Beyond Diablo, EA’s UFC 5 is also coming to Game Pass Ultimate on January 14, but only for Xbox Series consoles and cloud users. And narrative game Road 96 is available starting today on all tiers of Game Pass.
