A YouTuber named Cai Nan has gone viral for creating a recipe for fried chicken that is completely transparent and glows in the dark. He replicated the bones and turned the chicken meat into a clear liquid, while also creating a crispy outer skin. The result is a visually stunning and surprisingly delicious culinary creation.

Dikenali sebagai Cai Nan, dia dikenali sebagai orang yang suka mencipta makanan pelik tapi menarik tetapi 'chicken wing' lut cahaya ini telah menjadi viral di serata dunia.berjudul 'I want to make the friend chicken transparent, but the result is strange' dengan terjemahan 'Saya mahu membuat ayam goreng lut sinar, keputusannya sangat pelik.
' Cai Nan memulakan proses dengan tulang ayam yang direplikasi dengan mencampur tulang sum-sum, kolagen dan gel sejuk. Dia memasukkan campuran ini ke dalam acuan berbentuk tulang ayam. Maka bermulalah sesi saintis makanan dan menjadikan perkara ini sangat teknikal. Cai Nan memulakan proses ini dengan menukarkan isi ayam menjadi cecair.
Cecair ayam ini seperti satu sup berperisa ayam tetapi sangat jernih. Semuanya berubah menjadi nyata apabila Cai Nan juga berjaya menyiapkan kulit rangup untuk bahagian luar chicken wing lut cahaya ini. Cai Nan mengatakan rasanya sangat sedap, rangup, dan penuh dengan ekstrak ayam yang kuat seperti sup ayam. Ciptaan ini telah menjadi hasil seni kulinari yang hebat bukan sekadar ayam goreng sahaja.
