Woman fined RM18,000 for selling, possessing uncertified equipment
A COMMUNICATION equipment shop owner is fined RM18,000 at two Sessions Courts in Butterworth, Penang, today, after pleading guilty to charges of possessing and selling equipment that are not certified by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission .
Wang Wan Ling, 52, was fined RM8,000 in lieu of two months’ jail for possessing uncertified communication equipment in the court before judge Norhayati Mohamad Yunus. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. Sign-up now and enjoy one week free access!
