SUBANG JAYA: Discussions will be held with banks to further assist the public amid rising living costs, says Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub.
The Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister said engagement with banks would be held next week to brainstorm more possible initiatives under the Rahmah initiatives
“Maybe we can also offer special insurance to women or youth,” he told reporters at Mydin’s Klasiknya Raya event here yesterday. Recently, a food operator in Penang said he was forced to stop selling the Menu Rahmah at his restaurant as he could no longer bear the losses at his business in Bayan Lepas.
