Bergandingan dengan Woon Khe Wei sewaktu di kemuncak kariernya, Vivian adalah antara beregu wanita terbaik yang pernah Malaysia lahirkan dengan ranking tertinggi pernah dihuninya di tangga No. 9 dunia. “Hari ini akan menjadi hari yang paling saya ingat kerana saya bermain buat kali terakhir di Axiata Arena,” katanya yang mara sehingga ke suku akhir bersama Khe Wei pada Sukan Olimpik 2016 di Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Selain Sukan Komanwel, Vivian-Khe Wei turut meraih pingat gangsa pada Sukan Asia 2014 di Incheon, Korea Selatan, pingat perak pada Kejohanan Asia 2010 di New Delhi, India dan emas Sukan SEA 2013 di Naypyidaw, Myanmar.
