: Universiti Teknologi Mara telah melaksanakan penelitian semula dan memperkukuh prosedur berkaitan latihan dan mekanisma pemantauan berhubung aktiviti kokurikulum badan beruniform di universiti itu.
Menurut kenyataan itu, pengurusan UiTM memandang serius kejadian tersebut dan menyerahkan kepada pihak polis dan Lembaga Siasatan di bawah Angkatan Tentera Malaysia , untuk melakukan siasatan lanjut. “UiTM komited dalam memastikan keselamatan dan kebajikan setiap pelajarnya sentiasa diutamakan,” menurut kenyataan itu.
