PETALING JAYA: National men's singles shuttler Ng Tze Yong stunned Singapore's reigning world champions Loh Kean Yew to storm into the men's semi-finals of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Tze Yong, boosted by his inclusion in the World Championships, continued his great form by pulling off a 15-21, 21-14, 21-11 come from behind victory in his first ever meeting with Kean Yew in the quarter-finals at the National Exhibition on Saturday to keep his medal hopes alive.
The world No. 42 will next meet either India's K.
