A woman waiting at a bus stop has been struck by a car which went off-road during peak hour traffic on Tuesday morning, with two other people also suffering injuries from the collision.
The 25-year-old was hit while seated at the public transport pickup in the suburb of Drummoyne about 8am after a car went off the road.
It is understood the car first collided into a bus, then hit the bus shelter at the stop and crashed into the woman, 7News reported. Emergency services arrived at the scene for medical intervention, when she was treated for several head, neck and lower limb injuries.
