Shaheim Carr was gunned down July 6 on the York street he called home, police said.

Surveillance cameras on the 300 block of West Philadelphia Street captured the moments before and after 27-year-old Shaheim Carr was shot and killed around 11:04 a.m. July 6, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

“Within seconds, Carr can be seen flinching, ducking, turning and running towards the breezeway” connecting two West Philadelphia Street homes, the affidavit said. One of the men — later identified as Brown — was wearing an Adidas track suit, and after the shooting went to an address on the 600 block of Wheatlyn Drive in York, according to the affidavit. The other two men were not identified in court documents.

The Wheatlyn Drive address is where Brown’s girlfriend lives, the affidavit said. The address is reportedly listed on her driver’s license, a fishing license, the applications for two firearms and her car’s registration.
