: KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn Bhd serta syarikat pembekal Xin Jian Chang Sdn Bhd masing-masing didenda RM60,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini atas pertuduhan berkaitan stoking tertera kalimah Allah.
Turut dibebaskan daripada pertuduhan sama ialah tiga pengarah syarikat pembekal itu iaitu Soh Chin Huat, 61; Goh Li Huay, 62; dan, Soh Hui San, 36. Xin Jian Chang Sdn Bhd pula dituduh bersubahat mempamerkan stoking bercetak kalimah Allah pada tempat, waktu dan tarikh yang sama di bawah Seksyen 109 Kanun Keseksaan yang dibaca bersama Seksyen 298 kanun sama yang membawa hukuman penjara maksimum satu tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya.
Beliau berkata syarikat itu juga mengalami kerugian selain menghadapi pelbagai tindakan berbentuk jenayah melibatkan beberapa cawangan kedainya akibat daripada isu berkenaan. Muhamad Anas ketika menjatuhkan hukuman memerintahkan kedua-dua syarikat menjelaskan denda RM60,000 dalam masa tiga hari.
