Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse character designer Kris Anka shows off some costume designs for the animated film's surprising MCU cameo.
In 2023’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman, Hobie Brown/Spider-Punk, and Pavitr Prabhakar/Spider-Man India travel to the Spider-Society’s headquarters on Earth-928, which houses hundreds upon hundreds of Spider-People. At one point, Miles is taken to an area where the Spider-Society is temporarily housing dangerous villains who have been apprehended, which is when Glover shows up wearing the Prowler costume designed by Anka.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. Written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Dave Callaham, the film stars Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Brian Tyree Henry, Jake Johnson, Oscar Isaac, Luna Lauren Vélez, Jason Schwartzman, Issa Rae, Karan Soni, Daniel Kaluuya, and more.
