Spanish Football Federation President Luis Rubiales ordered to resignThe Spanish Football Federation has called on President Luis Rubiales to resign in the wake of the controversial Women’s World Cup final kiss in Sydney. In a statement, a Spanish FA spokesperson said: “after the unacceptable behaviours that seriously damaged the image of Spanish football, Mr Rubiales is asked to immediately present his resignation as president”.
