Simelane received a R575,600 'commercial loan' from Gundo Wealth Solutions for purchasing a coffee shop.
Gundo Wealth Solutions' owner Ralliom Razwinane, currently on trial for fraud, corruption, and money laundering, is accused of brokering unlawful investments of R349 million into VBS Mutual Bank. Ramaphosa has called for 'time and space' despite receiving Simelane's report. Breytenbach believes the PAIA process is the only way to get answers needed for South Africa
