SINGAPORE - Emergency hotlines operated by the police and Singapore Civil Defence Force were among public service hotlines that were disrupted on Oct 8 due to an issue with Singtel’s landline phone service that affected thousands of users.
“The safety and well-being of the public is our top priority. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available,” said the force.
