Singapore records 486 new Covid-19 cases, total now 23,822
While Singapore recorded fewer than 500 Covid-19 cases today, the Health Ministry says this is partly due to fewer tests being processed at a testing lab, as it was recalibrating its apparatus for one of the test kits. – EPA pic, May 11, 2020.
SINGAPORE’S Health Ministry today confirmed 486 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the infection tally for the republic to 23,822. The preliminary data as at noon today showed only two cases involved Singaporeans or permanent residents while the rest were foreign workers at dormitories.
