Simon Corbell, the chief executive of the Clean Energy Investor Group, said delaying the closure of Eraring would create “significant downside risk for investors”.Peter Rae Kean has also been critical of the Labor government’s decision to appoint a former chief executive of the now-defunct Energy Retailers Association between 2006 and 2015, Cameron O’Reilly, to lead the review into the state’s energy supply check-up.
