Terdahulu, Mohd. Nazir Bahli, 36, dan Ahmad Shahmi Azmi, 31, mengaku bersalah atas tuduhan merompak sebuah kedai serbaneka.

Mengikut pertuduhan, mereka bersama-sama didakwa telah melakukan samun berkumpulan terhadap pekerja kedai tersebut, G. Voga Tarshiniy dengan mengambil wang tunai RM65 daripada mesin wang kedai itu di Taman Pertama, Cheras di sini pukul 9.03 malam pada 18 Ogos lalu. Sebelum menjatuhkan hukuman, Emilia berkata, mahkamah mengambil kira alasan kedua-dua tertuduh dan hujah pemberatan hukuman pihak pendakwaan.
Mahkamah turut memerintahkan hukuman penjara itu berkuat kuasa dari tarikh tangkapan pada 19 Ogos lalu.
