The shear line will bring rains and thunderstorms to the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas while the northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting the rest of Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Bicol Region, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact. The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon, the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, and Eastern Visayas is strong and moving northeastward with rough coastal waters.
