The shear line will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact. The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon is strong moving northeastward with rough coastal waters.
