Defence argues that not all the photos on Mncube's phone were handed in as exhibits.
Defence attorney Charles Mnisi is adamant that the State must hand over the master disc, which contains several photographs downloaded from accused number three, Mthobisi Mncube’s phone. The photos appear to show the clothes he and the other co-accused were wearing on the day of the gathering at the Vosloorus hostel when Orlando Pirates skipper Senzo Meyiwa died.
However, Mnisi unceremoniously paused his cross-examination, arguing that not all the photos, which were listed as exhibits in court, were on Mncube's phone when it was confiscated.Zungu also contended that a man identified as Gwabini introduced him to all the suspects before they got into a car to purchase alcohol from a nearby bottle store.
