Seek , the parent company of Asia's leading online employment marketplaces Jobstreet and Jobsdb, has announced senior leadership changes to support its growth agenda in the region. Vic Sithasanan , who led the Malaysia n operations since 2021, will step into the role of managing director (MD) for Jobstreet in Singapore . This strategic move leverages Vic’s experience from his successful tenure in Malaysia to enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth in Singapore .

Meanwhile, Nicholas Lam, previously the regional head of growth and monetisation for Asia at Seek, has been appointed as the new MD for Jobstreet in Malaysia. In their roles, Vic and Lam will lead the business growth and operations in Singapore and Malaysia, respectively, leveraging Jobstreet’s strong presence of over 25 years to drive continued expansion and market leadership. Over his three-year tenure as MD of Malaysia, Vic close to doubled the revenue of the business in the country, achieving significant financial growth and solidifying Jobstreet's leadership in the market. He also established strong partnerships with leading employers across various sectors, further reinforcing Jobstreet’s position as the go-to recruitment platform for both job seekers and businesses in Malaysia. Prior to joining Seek, Vic held senior leadership roles in digital technology businesses across Asia, where he successfully drove growth in both local and regional operations. “I’m excited about this new chapter in Singapore.
