Former president Jacob Zuma is appealing the KwaZulu-Natal High Court's judgment on his bid to privately prosecute News24 specialist legal journalist Karyn Maughan and senior State advocate Billy Downer.
Judges Nathan Ponnan and acting judges Halima Saldulker, Baratang Mocumie and Selewe Mothle make up the remainder of the bench.He has been given 15 minutes of protected time to make his case for why the enforcement ruling should be overturned and is busy outlining the issues that he will address in that argument.
