Kailyn Adamson opened Salon Thirty Two to provide hairstyling and cutting services in the York Building downtown.
Q: What services do you offer?Right now it’s all hairstyling. Myself and my other stylists all offer haircuts, colours and extensions. But we don’t have any esthetics or anything like that. We do have a barber that exclusively offers barbering for male and female. We offer blonding services as a specialty, and lived-in colours. We’re pretty passionate about education and we stay updated with new hair colour techniques.
Our barber has been barbering since he was a teenager. He went to school about seven years ago. He has actually mentored other barbers. My one stylist has been doing hair for 10 years. My other stylist, two years. And then one stylist is coming straight from hair school.Article contentI have a stylist who comes here from Regina. She specializes in curly hair colouring. She comes here usually once or twice a month. She just advertises on her Instagram and usually fills up one or two days.
