The unemployment rate in Sabah has dropped but remains the highest in the country.
Based on the Department of Statistics Malaysia ’s data, Deputy Human Resources Minister Mustapha Sakmud said the State’s unemployment rate currently stood at 7.7 per cent.Last November, it was reported that the unemployment rate in Sabah has dropped to around eight per cent from nine per cent in 2021.
