City Police Chief ACP Mohd Zaidi Abdullah said initial findings showed the vehicle was driven by a 37-year-old man who was heading towards Jesselton Residence from Kepayan. The impact caused severe head injuries to the pedestrian, while the driver and his passenger escaped unscathed.
