Sabah court hears Musa’s challenge against state assembly dissolution

THE Kota Kinabalu High Court will hear an application by 33 Sabah assemblymen including former chief minister Musa Aman against Yang di-Pertua Negeri Juhar Mahiruddin over the dissolution of the state legislative assembly. Police officers are at the court to ensure that everyone entering the complex has their temperature taken and their particulars recorded and physical distancing is observed.
