MUSA Aman is suing Sabah governor Juhar Mahiruddin for dissolving the state legislative assembly rather than accepting the former chief minister’s claim of having majority support in the house.that Juhar was named as the first respondent, and caretaker chief minister Mohd Shafie Apdal, the second respondent.
