Erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New Peoples Democratic Party, nPDP, and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze , has alleged that the recent explosion in Port Harcourt , the Rivers State capital, was targeted at the Presidential Hotel, where Senate and Reps Committee on Privatization were lodged at the time.
