The House of Representatives has ordered an investigation into allegations of bribery involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
and the Nigerian Correctional Service.
The decision came after the House adopted a motion of urgent national importance, raised by Rep Patrick Umoh, on Thursday, September 26. Further accusations also stated that Bobrisky did not serve his sentence within the Nigerian Correctional Service, as required, but instead stayed in a private apartment outside the service’s premises.
