A renowned activist, Comrade Idris Miliki, has called for the removal of all caretaker committee chairmen across the 21 local government areas of Kogi State.

Miliki, who is the Executive Director of Conscience for Human Rights and Conflicts Resolution , made the call in a statement on Wednesday titled 'These Illegal Caretaker Chairmen in the 21 Local Governments in Kogi State Must Go Now.' He called on Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his government to quickly make resources available for the State Independent Electoral Commission to enable it to conduct credible, free, fair, and acceptable elections.
