Ramkarpal wants Education Ministry to clarify festive decorations in schools

THE Education Ministry must clarify that it is not an offence to put up any festive decorations in schools, said DAP MP Ramkarpal Singh today.

The Bukit Gelugor MP said Parti Bumiputera Perkasa Malaysia’s warning to a secondary school in Puchong to take down its Chinese New Year decorations or face legal action was uncalled for and unprecedented.
